New Patients

We make all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and informed. During your first visit, we will review your medical history with you. We will examine you carefully and thoroughly, take or schedule appropriate imaging to ensure accurate diagnosis, and clearly explain all treatment options. From there, we will help you choose the best options for treatment. 

Please fill out the New Patient Forms and submit it to us before your visit in order ensure a shorter time in the waiting room.
